INFORMATION SECURITY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understand and adhere to Information Security policies, guidelines and procedure, practice them for protection of organizational data and Information System.
• Take part in information security training and act while handling information.
• Report all suspected security and policy breach to InfoSec team or appropriate authority (CISO).
• Understand and adhere to the additional information security responsibilities as part of the assigned job role.

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development and implementation projects.
• Expertise in Core ABAP, OData Services, CDS Views, and RAP is mandatory.
• Proven experience in S/4HANA migration/conversion projects is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAP integration across functional modules, especially FI/CO, SD, MM, and HR.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Experience in leading and mentoring development teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet project deadlines.
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Certifications in SAP ABAP or S/4HANA are an added advantage.

• Lead and mentor a team of ABAP developers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Design and develop complex ABAP programs, ensuring high-quality code and optimal performance.
• Implement and integrate SAP solutions across various functional modules, such as FI/CO, SD, MM, and HR.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Participate in S/4HANA migration projects, ensuring a smooth and successful transition.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, and drive innovation within the team.
• Document and maintain technical documentation, ensuring knowledge transfer and continuity.
