INFORMATION SECURITY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understand and adhere to Information Security policies, guidelines and procedure, practice them for protection of organizational data and Information System.
- Take part in information security training and act while handling information.
- Report all suspected security and policy breach to InfoSec team or appropriate authority (CISO).
- Understand and adhere to the additional information security responsibilities as part of the assigned job role.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development and implementation projects.
- Expertise in Core ABAP, OData Services, CDS Views, and RAP is mandatory.
- Proven experience in S/4HANA migration/conversion projects is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of SAP integration across functional modules, especially FI/CO, SD, MM, and HR.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Experience in leading and mentoring development teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet project deadlines.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Certifications in SAP ABAP or S/4HANA are an added advantage.
- Lead and mentor a team of ABAP developers, providing technical guidance and support.
- Design and develop complex ABAP programs, ensuring high-quality code and optimal performance.
- Implement and integrate SAP solutions across various functional modules, such as FI/CO, SD, MM, and HR.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Participate in S/4HANA migration projects, ensuring a smooth and successful transition.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, and drive innovation within the team.
- Document and maintain technical documentation, ensuring knowledge transfer and continuity.
