About the Role

DigitalImpulse Online Private Limited is looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and selling our SEO, Website Design & Development, and Digital Marketing Services to clients in the United States and Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities in the US market through outbound calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other lead generation channels.
\n
• Pitch and sell SEO, Website Design & Development, and Digital Marketing services.
\n
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
\n
• Follow up with prospects regularly to maximize conversions.
\n
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM.
\n
• Prepare quotations and proposals when required.
\n
• Negotiate with prospects and close sales.
\n
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
\n
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
\n
• Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
\n

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
\n
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
\n
• Ability to build rapport with US-based clients.
\n
• Comfortable working in the US night shift.
\n
• Good understanding of sales processes and CRM management.
\n
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
\n
• Basic knowledge of SEO, websites, or digital marketing will be an added advantage.
\n
• Prior experience in international sales, IT sales, or digital marketing sales is preferred but not mandatory for exceptional candidates.
