• Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager – Exports to drive international sales and expand presence in global markets. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, managing key accounts, and achieving export sales targets.

• Key Responsibilities:
\n

 Develop new export markets and acquire international customers.  Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.

 Build and maintain relationships with Agents, partners, distributors, importers, and key accounts.

 Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and secure orders.

 Coordinate with production, logistics, and customer service teams for timely execution.

 Represent the company at international trade shows and customer meetings.

 Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

 Achieve assigned sales and profitability targets. Requirements

 Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.

 5–8 years of experience in export sales or international business development.

 Experience in packaging, flexible packaging, industrial products, or manufacturing preferred.

 Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

 Willingness to travel internationally.
