Job Title: Business Development Executive (Sales)

Job Location: Baner, Pune (Work from Office Mandate)

Experience: 0-6 Years

Shift: 6.30PM-3.30 AM IST (Night shift) Monday to Friday

Qualification: Any Graduates/MBA preferred

Must have Skills:

• Experience in US IT sales or cold calling (150-200 calls per day)
\n
• Excellent English communication skills
\n
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
\n
• Ability to work in US shift timings
\n
• Basic understanding of IT services (preferred Digital marketing, Cyber security/ITS services/Ecommerce)
\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n
• Make outbound cold calls to US-based clients
\n
• Generate and qualify IT sales leads
\n
• Identify client requirements and present company services
\n
• Schedule meetings/demos for senior sales team
\n
• Maintain CRM records and follow-ups
\n
• Achieve daily/weekly lead generation targets
\n
