About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic PG Management Online Faculty who is passionate about creating high-quality digital learning experiences for MBA/PGDM students. The ideal candidate should have extensive teaching experience and proven expertise in designing engaging online content, recording lecture videos, and developing industry-oriented learning material across multiple management domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive online learning content for MBA/PGDM programs.
\n
• Create structured course plans, lesson modules, presentations, assignments, case studies, quizzes, and assessments.
\n
• Record high-quality video lectures and explain complex management concepts in a simple, engaging manner.
\n
• Develop practical, industry-oriented examples, simulations, and business case discussions.
\n
• Prepare scripts and teaching materials suitable for digital learning platforms.
\n
• Continuously update course content to align with current industry trends, emerging technologies, and academic standards.
\n
• Collaborate with instructional designers, video production teams, and academic stakeholders to produce engaging learning experiences.
\n
• Mentor students through discussion forums, doubt-solving sessions, and live webinars whenever required.
\n
• Ensure all content meets institutional quality standards and learning outcomes.
\n

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of teaching/training experience in Management education.
\n
• Proven experience in creating online educational content for MBA/PGDM learners.
\n
• Hands-on experience in recording professional video lectures or delivering online courses.
\n
• Strong presentation, communication, and storytelling skills.
\n
• Ability to simplify complex concepts using practical business examples.
\n
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital teaching tools.
\n
• Excellent content writing and instructional design capabilities.
\n
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and digital content creation tools.

Preferred Experience
