\nWHAT YOU WILL DO

\n– Map opportunity in Auto, BFSI, Fintech, Retail/QSR, D2C, Health & Wellness, Agri-inputs
\n– Do the groundwork — identify the right buyer persona, map the budget cycle, build a tailored pitch

\n%B8; Strong English and Hindi communication — written and verbal
\nHOW YOU WILL BE MEASURED
\n%B8; Monthly / quarterly revenue from new clients closed
\n%B8; Pipeline value and conversion rate (lead → proposal → close)

\n%B8; Average deal size and deal cycle time
\n%B8; Client NPS at 90-day post-onboarding mark
\nWHY BUYERR
\n%B8; Category tailwind — India's promotions and loyalty market is growing at 12–13% annually with most sectors underserved
\n%B8; Proof to sell — 2,000+ campaigns, 50M consumers, marquee client roster. The sell is not hard once you are in the room

\n%B8; Meritocratic, lean culture — ownership is real, not a buzzword
\n%B8; Direct access to senior leadership — no org-chart friction on deals
