Robotic Process Automation - UiPath

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath.
• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Develop reusable RPA components and workflows following best practices.
• Integrate UiPath solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and web services.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of automation workflows.
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize deployed bots for performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather automation requirements.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide production support for RPA solutions.
• Ensure adherence to security, governance, and coding standards.

Must-Have Skills

• 4–7 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
• Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robots.
• Experience in end-to-end RPA solution development and deployment.
• Knowledge of REFramework and UiPath best practices.
• Experience with API integrations, Excel automation, PDF automation, and email automation.
• Proficiency in SQL and basic programming/scripting (C#, VB.NET, or Python).
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

• UiPath certification (Associate or Advanced Developer).
• Experience with OCR, Document Understanding, AI Center, or Intelligent Automation.
• Knowledge of Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
