Accountabilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain modern, responsive frontend applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and contemporary frontend frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and project managers to deliver seamless, user-focused digital solutions.
- Lead frontend implementation efforts by promoting coding standards, best practices, and scalable development approaches.
- Mentor junior developers through technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and code reviews to support team growth.
- Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, security, and maintainability across multiple projects.
- Contribute to improving development workflows, engineering processes, and overall product quality.
- Stay informed about emerging frontend technologies and recommend innovative solutions where appropriate.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional frontend development experience.
- Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Proven experience with at least one modern frontend framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, web performance optimization, and frontend security best practices.
- Experience collaborating within cross-functional Agile development teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience with Zoho Creator or Laravel is considered an advantage but is not required.
