Works closely with the Product Managers and other Product Anchor to build continuous technical improvement in the CRM Vehicle Data Management Sales Cloud Team.
2. Collaborate with other developers to reduce complexity, utilizing out of the box capabilities whenever possible.
3. Delivers engineering excellence (e.g., best practices and quality) iteratively according to the vision of the Product Manager and Product Anchor to meet customer needs.
4. Understand and execute the solution requested by the Product Manager & Product Anchor, clarify acceptance criteria and provide options, avoiding customization whenever possible. 5. Innovate and operate with an iterative, agile, and user-centric perspective.
6. Contribute to the improved development, structure, technology, and tools used within Ford Pro ecosystem.
7. Manage and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud, including Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, Forecasting, and Pipeline Management.
8. Create and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, record types, and approval processes.
9. Develop and manage reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support business decision-making.
10. Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and data security.
