Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced SAP Fieldglass Architect with strong expertise in designing and implementing SAP Fieldglass solutions for large enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end SAP Fieldglass implementations and upgrades
- Design solution architecture aligned with business and compliance requirements
- Integrate SAP Fieldglass with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SuccessFactors, and third-party systems
- Provide technical leadership, best practices, and governance
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and vendors
- Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities
Required Skills & Experience:
- 13–20 years of overall IT experience
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP Fieldglass architecture and implementation
- Expertise in Contingent Workforce Management (CWM) and Services Procurement
- Experience with system integrations and data migration
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
