Job Title: Project Manager / Operations Manager – AI Programs Employment type: Full time Job location: Indore/Pune/Lucknow About the Role We are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Project Manager to lead large-scale AI operations programs across global markets. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving operational challenges, and has experience managing distributed teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end execution of multiple projects, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining high-quality standards, and delivering projects on time while coordinating with internal teams, clients, and external workforce partners. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple AI-related operational projects across different geographies. Plan project timelines, resource allocation, and execution strategies. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, clients, vendors, and operational teams to ensure successful delivery. Recruit, onboard, and manage external workforce partners, contractors, and freelance resources as required for projects. Oversee project logistics, including shipment tracking, inventory management, device allocation, and operational readiness. Maintain project documentation, dashboards, reports, KPIs, and executive updates. Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation plans. Ensure operational processes are standardized, documented, and continuously improved. Work closely with recruiting, finance, legal, and delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution. Monitor project budgets, utilization, productivity, and overall operational performance. Drive quality assurance and compliance across all project activities. Conduct regular project reviews, client updates, and internal status meetings. Support scaling initiatives by building repeatable operational processes. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Technology, or a related field. 4–8 years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, Operations Management, or Account Management. Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Experience managing distributed teams or external workforce is highly preferred. Strong reporting skills using Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and project management platforms. Comfortable handling multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work with cross-functional global teams across different time zones.
