Automation Tester - TOSCA

Manage the delivery of automation testing initiatives using TOSCA. Involve in planning, execution, and reporting of automated test cycles, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Coordinate with architects, SMEs, and development teams to implement robust automation solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 10-12 years of experience in Test Automation, with Strong hands-on experience with TOSCA, LambdaTest / BrowserStack, TOSCA AI capabilities
• Knowledge of AIdriven automation techniques, integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
• Prior experience in leading automation teams.

Required Skills & Competencies

• 5-10 years of overall experience in Software Testing and Quality Engineering.
• Minimum 4+ years of strong hands-on experience in TOSCA Automation.
• Deep expertise in Tosca On-Premises and Cloud, Elastic Grid Execution, UI, API, Database, and Integration Testing, CI/CD pipeline integration, and qTest integration
• Strong hands-on experience in automation framework design, test sheet development, remote host execution, TQL query development, and end-to-end automation execution
• Strong understanding of test automation architecture, reusable component development, and framework scalability.
• Experience with Functional Testing, Regression Testing, System Testing, and End-to-End Testing.
• Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, defect lifecycle, and agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management capabilities.

Good-to-Have

• Experience in the Retail domain.
• Experience testing eCommerce platforms.
• Exposure to Manual Testing, Functional Testing, Regression Testing, and Automation Testing across omnichannel retail ecosystems.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps-integrated testing practices, and test management tools.
• Exposure to AI/Agentic AI-based testing solutions, intelligent test generation, or quality engineering innovations.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• TOSCA certified

• Design, develop, and enhance scalable test automation frameworks using TOSCA
• Build reusable automation components and test assets to improve efficiency and maintainability
• Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into automated test solutions
• Develop, execute, and maintain automated test suites for Functional, Regression, System Integration, and End-to-End testing.
• Perform manual testing, functional testing, regression testing, system testing, and exploratory testing whenever required to support project delivery and quality objectives.
• Collaborate with development, product, and QA teams to identify automation opportunities and improve test coverage.
• Integrate automation solutions within CI/CD pipelines and support continuous testing initiatives.
• Perform root cause analysis of test failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to automation best practices, coding standards, and quality processes.
• Contribute to estimation, planning, and automation strategy discussions.
• Mentor junior team members and support knowledge-sharing initiatives within the testing team.
