We are seeking an experienced Calypso Consultant with strong expertise in CATT (Calypso Automated Testing Tool)to support the implementation, customization, testing, and optimization of Calypso-based trading and risk management solutions. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in capital markets who enjoy solving complex business challenges while ensuring the stability, quality, and performance of enterprise trading platforms.

As a Calypso Consultant, you will collaborate with business users, technology teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to configure, test, and enhance Calypso solutions across multiple financial workflows. You will play a key role in automation, system integration, troubleshooting, and delivery of scalable solutions while ensuring high-quality releases and operational excellence.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and support Calypso applications based on business and operational requirements.
• Develop, execute, and maintain automated test suites using CATT (Calypso Automated Testing Tool).
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing for Calypso implementations and enhancements.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and QA teams to understand requirements and deliver robust solutions.
• Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and implement effective resolutions.
• Validate system configurations, trade workflows, market data, and risk management processes.
• Support system upgrades, production releases, and post-deployment validation activities.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, test cases, automation scripts, and operational procedures.
• Optimize testing processes through automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational best practices.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 4+ years of experience working with Calypso in implementation, support, testing, or consulting roles.
• Strong hands-on expertise with CATT (Calypso Automated Testing Tool) for test automation and validation.
• Solid understanding of capital markets, trading systems, financial products, and post-trade workflows.
• Experience in functional, regression, integration, and automated testing methodologies.
• Strong SQL knowledge with the ability to analyze and validate application data.
• Experience working with APIs, interfaces, and enterprise system integrations.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities with experience collaborating across business and technical teams.
