Role Descriptions: Microsoft 365 Collaboration Security ArchitectCompetency - Office 365 Administration L3We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Collaboration Security Architect to lead the design| implementation| and governance of enterprise-grade collaboration and security solutions across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This role will be responsible for driving architecture| security posture| and operational excellence across Exchange Online| Microsoft Entra ID| Intune| SharePoint Online| Microsoft Teams| and Microsoft Purview (DLP Compliance).Key ResponsibilitiesArchitecture Strategy Define and implement end-to-end architecture for Microsoft 365 collaboration and security platforms. Establish secure-by-design principles across identity| device| application| and data layers. Develop roadmaps for M365 adoption| optimization| and security maturity. Provide architectural governance and ensure alignment with enterprise security standards.Identity Access Management (Microsoft Entra ID) Design and implement identity lifecycle management| RBAC| and Zero Trust architecture. Architect Conditional Access policies including MFA| device compliance| and risk-based access. Implement identity protection| privileged identity management (PIM)| and secure external collaboration.Messaging Collaboration (Exchange Online Microsoft Teams) Architect and manage Exchange Online environments including mail flow| security| and hybrid configurations. Design secure collaboration solutions using Microsoft Teams (chat| voice| meetings| governance). Implement policies for external sharing| guest access| and data governance within Teams.Device Endpoint Management (Intune) Architect and deploy endpoint management strategies using Microsoft Intune.
