\nAs a Senior Architect- Workplace Designer, the role requires the ability to think outside the box and collaborate with clients, project managers, and architects to design and deliver. Your keen attention to detail, artistic vision, and ability to harmonize aesthetics with functionality will be vital to your success in this role
\nResponsibilities:
\nClient Engagement:
\n"19;Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, goals, and vision for their corporate interior
\nspaces.
\n"19;Conduct site visits and assessments to gather essential information about existing spaces and
\nconditions.
\n"19;Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and
\nexceptional customer service.
\nConceptual Design:
\n"19;Create conceptual design proposals that encompass space planning, color schemes, furniture
\nselections, and material choices.
\n"19;Prepare mood boards, 3D renderings, and presentations to effectively convey design concepts to
\nclients.
\nSpace Planning and Layout:
\n"19;Develop efficient and functional space plans, considering workflow, ergonomics, and corporate
\nculture.
\n"19;Optimize space utilization to maximize productivity and create a harmonious work
\nenvironment.
\nMaterial Selection and Specification:
\n"19;Select and specify appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings to achieve the desired
\naesthetic and performance goals.
\n"19;Ensure materials comply with safety and sustainability standards.
\nBudget Management:
\n"19;Create project budgets and timelines, and work within budget constraints to deliver cost-
\neffective design solutions.
\n"19;Source and procure materials and furnishings within established budgets.
\nCollaboration:
\n"19;Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure
\nseamless project execution.
\n"19;Provide design guidance throughout the construction and installation phases.
\nProject Documentation:
\n"19;Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and documentation for construction and
\npermitting purposes.
\n"19;Maintain accurate project records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
\nQuality Control:
\n"19;Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the design is being implemented as planned and
\nmeets quality standards.

\nQualifications & Experience:
\n"19;Bachelor's or master's degree in interior design or a related field.
\n"19;Minimum of 4- 8 years of experience in the design and build industry or a related field.
\n"19;Proven experience in corporate interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing
\ncompleted projects.
\n"19;Proficiency in design software such as Sketchup, Revit, and Photoshop.
\n"19;Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
\n"19;Project management experience is a plus.
\n"19;Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
\n"19;Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
