Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and manage software development projects from initiation to successful delivery. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software development projects, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure high-quality deliverables. The candidate should possess excellent technical understanding, project management skills, and stakeholder communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of software development projects.
\n
• Collaborate with product, engineering, QA, DevOps, and business teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
\n
• Create project plans, track milestones, and ensure timely project completion.
\n
• Coordinate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
\n
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and implement mitigation plans.
\n
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
\n
• Ensure adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and organizational processes.
\n
• Work closely with development teams to understand technical challenges and prioritize deliverables.
\n
• Manage resource allocation and project documentation.
\n
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
\n
• Drive continuous process improvements to enhance project execution and delivery efficiency.
\n

Required Skills & Qualifications

\n
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
\n
• 4+ years of experience managing software development projects.
\n
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) .
\n
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
\n
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, Asana, or similar.
\n
• Hands on experience with any software development using java, python, go, rust, react etc
\n
• Understanding of best practices around system design, automation, efficiency in building software applications.
\n
• Strong knowledge of software development processes, release management, and project planning.
\n
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
\n
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
\n
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
\n
• Experience working with cross-functional technical teams.
\n
• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is an added advantage.
\n
• Experience working with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is preferred.
\n
• Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines will be an added advantage.
\n
