The Role:- We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Interior Designer with a strong understanding of conceptual designing, aesthetic sensibility with the technical depth to see a design through to flawless execution. The ideal candidate will work with the design team for residential and commercial projects, translating creative vision into precise, buildable detail — working closely with our internal team, consultants, vendors, and site execution teams. Key Responsibilities:- %CF; Develop space plans, layouts, and interior design concepts based on client needs, brand identity, and building constraints %CF; Produce construction documents, including floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, millwork details, and finish schedules %CF; Select and specify finishes, furniture (FF&E), fixtures, lighting, and materials appropriate to budget and use. %CF; Ensure designs comply with building codes, accessibility standards, fire/life safety codes, and zoning requirements %CF; Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, contractors, and vendors throughout design and construction phases %CF; Conduct site visits and field measurements; perform site observation during construction to ensure design intent is executed correctly %CF; Prepare and present design proposals, mood boards, and material boards to clients %CF; Manage FF&E procurement, specifications, and installation coordination %CF; Track project budgets, timelines, and documentation across multiple concurrent projects %CF; Research and stay current on materials, systems, sustainability standards, and industry trends Required Skills & Experience:- %CF; 3+ years of experience in interior design, preferably with exposure to luxury residential and commercial projects. %CF; Strong design sensibility paired with excellent command over technical detailing and construction documentation. %CF; Proven ability to produce accurate, execution-ready drawings with meticulous attention to detail. %CF; Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design/drafting software. %CF; Excellent coordination, communication, and time-management skills. %CF; Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines. %CF; Strong problem-solving instincts and a sharp eye for detail and finish.
