will drive training materials creation (slides, docs, videos, gifs, etc.), run internal communications (emails, newsletters, feedback surveys and analytics, metrics tracking), and web publishing (maintaining and updating assets on our team's internal web portal). It's a blended skill mix of training / change content creation and leveraging technical tools (examples like recording, scripting, and editing short videos, publishing multimedia content on our website, etc.) We don't expect them to build the website; rather, they will maintain assets and work closely with our lead website developer
