Role: Broker Service Officer / Credit Analyst - Australian Mortgage Department: Australian Mortgage Key Skills & Competencies: Strong customer service skills with a professional approach Proactive, self-driven, and able to meet deadlines Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision High attention to detail while reviewing documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities Mandatory Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Minimum 2+ years' experience in Australian mortgage broking / AU loan processing Experience with aggregator CRMs such as MyCRM, Infynity, Mercury Nexus, Flex, SalesTrekker Familiarity with task/project management tools (Monday.com, Trello, Airtable, etc.) Important Note: Firstsource follows a fair, transparent, and merit-based hiring process.
