Role Description:
• Lead end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow SecOps – VR & SIR modules
• Configure and customize VR workflows, SIR playbooks, and response processes
• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow SecOps – VR & SIR
• Solid understanding of ITSM, CMDB, CSDM, and ServiceNow security model
• Expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting
• Experience with vulnerability management and security incident handling processes
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML, and integrations
• Integrate ServiceNow SecOps with security tools such as:
o Vulnerability scanners (e.g. Rapid7)
o SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk)
o Threat intelligence platforms |
