Role Overview
Developing and enhancing regulatory reporting solutions using Axiom Controller View. The role focuses on maintaining reliable reporting processes, resolving production issues, and delivering user-driven enhancements for key regulatory and disclosure reports, including Global Share Holdings Disclosure and FATCA/CRS reporting. The role requires strong hands-on knowledge of Axiom CV10, a good understanding of regulatory reporting data flows, and the ability to collaborate closely with business users.

Required Skills
Strong experience of Axiom Controller View CV10.
Experience supporting regulatory reporting applications in a production environment.
Understanding of regulatory reporting processes, data validations, report generation, and issue resolution.
Experience working on Global Share Holdings Disclosure reports and FATCA/CRS reports.
Awareness of change management, incident management, and production support processes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, configure, maintain, and support GSD & FATCA/CRS regulatory reporting solutions in Axiom ControllerView CV10.
Provide day-to-day production support for GSD and FATCA/CRS report including investigation, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of production incidents.
Support Global Share Holdings Disclosure reporting and FATCA/CRS reporting processes by ensuring accurate data processing, report generation, and timely issue resolution.
Analyze enhancement requests from business users, assess feasibility, clarify requirements, and implement changes in line with agreed priorities and delivery timelines.
Translate business and regulatory reporting requirements into technical solutions within Axiom, including report configuration, data mapping, validations, workflows, and related components.
Work with upstream and downstream application teams to investigate data issues, validate fixes, and ensure smooth end-to-end reporting operations.
Perform unit testing, support user acceptance testing, and assist with implementation activities for new changes, fixes, and enhancements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, operations teams, and technology partners to improve reporting stability, efficiency, and control.
Follow change management, incident management, and release management processes to ensure controlled and compliant delivery.
