Offshoring for Contract Manager supporting Ayvens Sunrise Phase 2; within a 6 month planning horizon

Context
. Resource request is part of the ramp up of Batch 1 of the Ayvens Infrastructure Outsourcing Program Sunrise Phase 2
. Ayvens is executing a large scale transformation to outsource local infrastructure operations across 27 countries to HCL, covering infrastructure workforce activities representing 26M per year and approximately 200 local positions
. Objective is to transition from fragmented local operating models to a global, industrialized setup under SG/GTE governance, delivering 8M of recurring yearly savings once fully deployed
. Batch 1 represents 10 countries and 45% of resources, requiring immediate reinforcement of central governance, expertise, control, and transition capabilities
. Business case and rationale reviewed and validated by Ayvens Exco, Laura Mather, and Cecile Bartenieff
. Request is not a capacity increase but a controlled reinforcement necessary to secure execution, protect Run operations, and ensure savings realization

. Central contract management role supporting the outsourcing program across multiple countries
. Position aligned with global outsourcing governance and supplier portfolio oversight

Skills and deliveries
. Contract Manager owning, challenging, and managing an Ayvens infrastructure contract and supplier portfolio
. Follows SLAs and commercial performance and challenges vendors on costs, value delivery, risks, and compliance
. Drives savings, consolidation, concentration, and convergence across suppliers
. Secures service continuity and enforcement of target operating standards during local team ramp down
. Absence of this role exposes Sunrise Phase 2 to financial leakage, contractual risk, and delivery inefficiencies
