  • Track and report on global REWS transformation initiatives, including:
    • Cost savings (leases, operational efficiencies, IFM)

    • Portfolio size and footprint by agency and region
    • Project completion rates and transformation benefits
  • Support portfolio and performance reporting for senior REWS leadership.
  • Consolidate and analyse global end-user feedback related to workplace transformation.

Dashboarding & Reporting

  • Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI (and related tools).
  • Translate complex datasets into clear, executive-ready visualisations and narratives.

  • Continuously improve reporting automation and self-service capabilities.

Stakeholder Collaboration & COE Enablement

What you'll need:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence roles.
  • Prior experience supporting Procurement, Supply Chain, Real Estate, Facilities, Finance, or Transformation functions is strongly preferred.
