Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Leading RO exchange team to deliver on Exchange KPIs for assigned territory
• Enhance New vehicle retail through exchange
• Resale Value Study: conduct periodic RV studies for M&M and competition products across geographies to develop local market strategies
• Resale Value management: Protect & Enhance resale value for M&M products
• Support planning and execution of BTL activities for exchange business through dealerships
• Dealer capability building for exchange & pre-owned vehicle business
• Dealer Satisfaction: Enhance M&M dealer profitability through Organized Pre-Owned vehicle business
• Business Control - Develop exchange business policy, Claim audit policy and implementation
• Develop various new IT Platforms/Tools for supporting Exchange Business
• Scrappage business:
  • Drive M&M's preparedness for EPR obligations through development of a scalable scrappage ecosystem across the Dealer network.
  • Ensure Channel Capability through training programs, SOP deployment, and stakeholder engagement across the network.
  • Manage Partner Ecosystem including DigiELV, Cero, and RVSFs to ensure seamless operation, regulatory compliance and continuous process improvement
  • Drive Business Performance by leveraging scrappage incentives, identifying growth opportunities, and driving scrappage-linked vehicle retail conversions-Monitor evolving scrappage and EPR regulations; ensure compliance through processes, controls and stakeholder alignment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
