Senior Architect

Senior Architect (7–20 Years Experience) Location: Mumbai (Andheri East) / Pune (Baner) Company: Architect Rushikesh H Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role Architect Rushikesh H is looking for an experienced and design-driven Senior Architect to lead the planning, design, coordination, and execution of large-scale architectural projects including townships, residential developments, commercial office buildings, mixed-use projects, malls, multiplexes, and hospitality developments. Key Responsibilities • Lead projects from concept design through construction documentation and execution. • Develop Master Plans, Layouts, Concept Designs, Working Drawings, Tender Drawings, and Design Presentations. • Manage and mentor teams of Architects, Junior Architects, and Draftsmen. • Coordinate with RCC, MEP, Landscape, and other consultants. • Ensure compliance with DCR, NBC, local regulations, FSI, sale area, and BUA calculations. • Attend client meetings, presentations, and project review sessions. • Monitor project timelines, quality standards, and deliverables. • Prepare BOQs, technical specifications, and tender documentation. • Drive design excellence, value engineering, and innovative solutions. Required Skills Strong design and planning capabilities, excellent understanding of building construction, RCC, steel structures, and building services. Proven experience in large-scale residential, commercial, mixed-use, or hospitality projects with strong leadership, communication, and client management skills. Software Proficiency AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office (Lumion/Enscape/D5 preferred) Qualification: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) / (M.
