Job Description:

Develop high-performance websites, enterprise web applications, intranet portals, commerce solutions, and community platforms.
Build reusable web components based on Epsilon's UX style guides and design systems.
Transform UI/UX mockups into responsive, interactive, and fully functional user interfaces.
Bridge the gap between UI design and technical implementation while ensuring pixel-perfect execution.
Collaborate with UX designers and development teams to deliver a consistent user experience across products.
Develop and maintain scalable server-side applications using Node.js.
Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
Design and manage SQL/NoSQL databases for efficient data storage and retrieval.
Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
Troubleshoot and resolve production and development issues.
Participate in code reviews, follow best coding practices, and contribute to technical documentation.
Stay updated with emerging front-end technologies and industry best practices.

4-6 years of experience in Front-End Development.
Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and jQuery.
Hands-on experience with React.js, Bootstrap, and responsive web development.
Strong proficiency in Node.js and server-side development.
Experience with Express.js or similar Node.js frameworks.
Good understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and API integration.
Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Experience with Git, Bitbucket, or other version control systems.
Strong knowledge of browser testing, debugging, and cross-browser compatibility.
Excellent understanding of web performance optimization and scalability.
Passion for building intuitive, user-centric digital experiences.
Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Experience collaborating with UX/UI design teams.
Familiarity with Sketch, InVision, Zeplin, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
Knowledge of web accessibility (WCAG) and SEO best practices.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines is an added advantage.
