Required Qualifications:

Strong domain expertise in Transport Management / Logistics, including Inbound & Outbound Logistics, Transport Management, Warehouse Management, and Carrier Management, with a solid understanding of the underlying business processes.
MBA or equivalent Management degree is mandatory.
Prior experience working in a client-facing consulting environment.
Exposure to Supply Chain IT platforms, such as SAP or equivalent solutions.
Good communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with client module-level SMEs and process owners on a day-to-day basis.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a small delivery team under the guidance of a Track Lead. Independent team leadership experience is not required for this role.
