Job Description:
• Lead the end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce platforms, with deep expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), while serving as the Technical Product Owner for strategic health insurance initiatives.
• Partner with business stakeholders, product managers, and enterprise architects to define the product vision, roadmap, and prioritized backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and customer experience goals.
• Design scalable, secure, and extensible Salesforce solutions by leveraging FSC capabilities, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, OmniStudio, and platform best practices to support health insurance enrollment, member servicing, provider interactions, and care management processes.
