Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
• Own and lead end-to-end architecture, solution design, and implementation of full stack applications
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance system designs
• Architect and build large-scale, microservices-based platforms using Golang
• Define and govern frontend architecture using React / Next.js
• Establish API design standards, integration patterns, and system interactions
• Lead architecture reviews, design governance, and key technical decisions
• Drive execution of large, complex programs ensuring scalability, quality, and timelines
• Implement containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes
• Drive CI/CD automation and DevOps best practices
• Ensure performance, resilience, security, and observability across systems
• Collaborate with product, UX, and engineering stakeholders on roadmap and delivery
• Mentor teams and drive engineering excellence across multiple squads

Required Skills & Experience
• 10+ years of experience in full stack development with strong focus on architecture and system design
• Proven experience as a Lead/Architect delivering large-scale, enterprise-grade solutions end-to-end
• Strong hands-on expertise in Golang backend development
• Strong experience in React.js and Next.js frontend architecture and development
• Extensive experience in microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized environments
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and fault tolerance
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
