MDM SOTI L3 Engineering Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support enterprise mobility solutions using SOTI MobiControl.
• Lead L3 support activities, troubleshoot complex MDM issues, and perform root cause analysis.
• Configure and manage Android Enterprise, iOS/iPadOS, Windows, and rugged devices.
• Develop and enforce device compliance, security policies, application deployment, and kiosk mode configurations.
• Integrate SOTI with enterprise systems such as Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft Intune, Exchange, and certificate services.
• Plan and execute MDM upgrades, migrations, and new feature deployments.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to deliver secure mobility solutions.
• Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
• Monitor MDM platform performance and ensure high availability and operational efficiency.
• Mentor L1/L2 support teams and provide technical leadership on mobility-related initiatives.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) and Mobile Device Management (MDM).
• Strong hands-on expertise with SOTI MobiControl administration and architecture.
• Experience managing Android Enterprise, iOS/iPadOS, Windows, and rugged mobile devices.
• Knowledge of device enrollment methods, application deployment, certificate management, and security policies.
• Experience integrating MDM solutions with Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and enterprise applications.
• Strong troubleshooting, scripting, and automation skills.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SOTI MobiControl certification is highly preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune or other EMM platforms is an advantage.
• ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
