We are looking for motivated law graduates with a strong interest in Corporate and Commercial Laws, Intellectual Property, Civil and Commercial Litigation, and White\-Collar Crime. The intern will work closely with the legal team and assist in drafting, contract review, legal research, investigations, and case management across a broad spectrum of legal matters.<\/span><\/span>

This is a 3\-month assessment internship. Two candidates will be selected, and successful interns may be considered for absorption as Associates based on their performance during the assessment period and the firm's requirements.<\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Draft, review, and proofread commercial agreements, including NDAs, Service Agreements, SaaS Agreements, MSAs, MoUs, Founders' Agreements, Share Purchase Agreements, Shareholders' Agreements, Employment Agreements, Consultancy Agreements, and other commercial contracts.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Identify legal and commercial risks and recommend appropriate revisions.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>\n

Litigation & Dispute Resolution<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Conduct legal research and case law analysis in civil, commercial, intellectual property, and white\-collar crime matters.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Assist in drafting and reviewing pleadings, legal notices, cease and desist notices, replies, rejoinders, complaints, recovery suits, affidavits, applications, and other litigation documents.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Assist in intellectual property enforcement matters, including trademark, copyright, patent, and design infringement disputes.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Prepare legal opinions, memoranda, case summaries, notes of arguments, hearing briefs, and litigation\-related documentation.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Review documentary and electronic evidence and assist in investigations and cases management.<\/span><\/span>

Corporate Advisory & Compliance:<\/span><\/span><\/b>

<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Conduct legal research on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Assist in drafting legal opinions, memoranda of opinion, advisory notes, board and shareholder resolutions, and other corporate secretarial documents.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Support legal due diligence, prepare compliance checklists, and advise on regulatory and commercial risks.<\/span><\/span>
