Location: Pune (on-site)

Reports to: Site Manager

About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Architect for a large corporate campus development project. The role is design-review and delivery-governance focused — you will review engineering drawings produced by external consultants, maintain drawing records and control, and ensure execution at site matches approved drawings.

You will work closely with liaisoning architects, principal architects, PMC teams and vendors on GFC drawing coordination, managing project development from pre-design through completion.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Planning

• Review architectural and structural designs — concepts, detailed blueprints and construction documents
\n
• Suggest changes, mark deviations, and check all GFC drawings before issue at site
\n
• Review PMC submission drawings for building sanctions
\n
• Maintain records of all drawings and integrate them into the BMS system
\n

Project Management

\n
• Oversee architectural delivery end to end, coordinating with engineers, contractors and other professionals
\n
• Create work schedules, track milestones, and flag potential delays in drawing submissions
\n
• Withdraw superseded drawings from the system and site to maintain compliance
\n
• Identify and drive process improvements
\n

Quality Control & Compliance

\n
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues during construction
\n
• Ensure designs and construction drawings adhere to building codes, statutory regulations and industry standards
\n
• Oversee selection, ordering and tracking of construction materials
\n

Budget & Timeline

\n
• Work within architectural budgets and timelines, with focus on soft costs and timely GFC deliverables
\n

Collaboration & Problem-Solving

\n
• Maintain working relationships with engineers, construction managers, surveyors and government authorities
\n
• Lead multi-disciplinary coordination to produce a complete set of construction documents
\n
• Resolve technical difficulties arising during construction execution
\n

Qualifications

\n
• B.Arch / Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
\n
• 6+ years of experience in architectural design
\n
• Detailed working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit and BIM ; interior design exposure preferred
\n
• Experience with green building principles and techniques
\n
• Knowledge of local building codes, accessibility norms (NBC / Harmonised Guidelines), zoning regulations and applicable statutory laws
\n
• Understanding of project budgets, schedules and milestone-linked deliverables
\n
• Professional registration (CoA / RIBA / ARB) preferred
