In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical architecture and strategic delivery, leading cross-functional engineering teams to build scalable, high-performance applications using Agile/Scrum methodologies . Agile Project Delivery & Executi onDrive end-to-end delivery usin g Scrum / Agile methodologi es—facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospective s.Manage project timelines, scope, dependencies, and risks using tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOp s.Translate business requirements from product management into clear technical epics, user stories, and acceptance criteri a.4. Stakeholder Management & Communicati onAct as the primary liaison between engineering teams, product managers, executive leadership, and external client s.Provide transparent status reporting, risk mitigation plans, and delivery metrics (e.g., team velocity, burn-down charts ). Key Qualificati onsTechnical Requireme nts10–13 ye ars of overall software industry experience, with at lea st 3–5 ye ars in a dedicated Technical Project Manager or Engineering Lead ro le.Strong background in Python developm ent (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI, or Python for Data/Backend service s).Sound understanding of relational/NoSQL databases, RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and CI/CD pipelin es.Exposure to cloud platform s (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization concepts (Docker, Kubernetes) is a strong pl us.Management & Methodol ogyProven track record of managing technical teams and driving sprint execution end-to-e nd.Deep knowledge of Agile/Scrum princip les and software development lifecycle (SDLC) best practic es.Expertise in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, or MS Projec t).Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with strong problem-solving capabiliti es.
