Senior Architect (Healthcare Projects)

A healthcare architecture and planning consultancy in Saki Naka, Mumbai- is hiring a Senior Architect with 5–8 years of professional experience to lead healthcare projects from concept development through execution. The role involves architectural design, healthcare planning, technical documentation, multidisciplinary coordination, team leadership, and project execution across all project stages. Project Type Work may include: • Hospitals and healthcare facilities • Multi-specialty healthcare projects • Medical and clinical infrastructure projects • Healthcare interior planning projects • Healthcare planning and architectural consultancy assignments Key Responsibilities • Lead healthcare architecture projects from concept development through execution • Develop and review architectural designs, planning layouts, working drawings, specifications, and construction documentation • Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior design, and other consultants throughout project development • Ensure designs comply with client requirements, healthcare planning standards, statutory regulations, applicable building codes, and project specifications • Lead and coordinate project teams by allocating responsibilities, reviewing deliverables, and providing technical guidance to architects and junior team members • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders throughout project stages • Review project progress, resolve design and coordination issues, and support timely project delivery • Participate in site visits, inspections, and execution coordination activities • Review technical documentation, construction drawings, and project deliverables to maintain quality standards • Support value engineering exercises while maintaining project requirements and design intent • Assist in preparing technical presentations and proposal documentation for project pursuits Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture • 5–8 years of professional experience in healthcare architecture or large-scale infrastructure projects • Experience leading multidisciplinary architectural projects and coordinating with multiple stakeholders • Strong understanding of healthcare planning principles, statutory regulations, building codes, and healthcare facility design standards • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, project management tools, and related architectural design software • Knowledge of NABH and JCI guidelines is preferred • Experience preparing architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documentation • Experience coordinating with structural, MEP, interior design consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders • Strong communication, leadership, multidisciplinary coordination, quality assurance, and project management skills Work Schedule: Location : Saki Naka, Mumbai Working Days : Monday to Saturday (10:00 am to 7:00 pm)
