We are looking for an experienced AI Product Manager to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions across Manufacturing, Renewable Energy, and Power sectors. The role requires strong domain expertise, product management skills, and the ability to translate business challenges into scalable AI products that deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define AI product strategy, roadmap, and business cases aligned with organizational goals.
  • \n
  • Identify, prioritize, and deliver AI/ML and GenAI use cases across manufacturing, renewable energy, and utility operations.
  • \n
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, operations teams, data scientists, engineers, and architects to drive product development.
  • \n
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation, requirements gathering, MVP development, deployment, and value realization.
  • \n
  • Drive Agile delivery, backlog prioritization, KPI tracking, and stakeholder communication.
  • \n
  • Ensure successful adoption, change management, and continuous enhancement of AI solutions.
  • \n

  • Manufacturing: Predictive maintenance, quality inspection, production optimization, energy efficiency, anomaly detection.
  • \n
  • Renewables: Solar/wind forecasting, asset performance monitoring, predictive maintenance, revenue optimization.

  • Power & Utilities: Load forecasting, power price forecasting, BESS optimization, power trading analytics, grid reliability.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
  • \n
  • 7–10 years of experience in Product Management.
  • \n
  • Proven experience delivering AI/ML solutions in Manufacturing, Renewable Energy, Power, or Utilities.
  • \n
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML, GenAI, Industrial IoT, Analytics, and Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
  • \n
  • Experience working in Agile environments and managing cross-functional teams.
  • \n
