Medical Representative (MR)

Job Role:
Promote the company's herbal, ayurvedic, and pharmaceutical products to doctors, generate prescriptions, and achieve sales targets while maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals, stockists, distributors, and chemists.

Key Responsibilities
Detail products to doctors and generate prescriptions.
Build and maintain relationships with HCPs, chemists, stockists, and distributors.
Conduct regular doctor and hospital visits as per call plans.
Organize CMEs, doctor meets, and awareness programs.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and perform RCPA.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Submit DCRs, expense reports, and market feedback.
Requirements
Experience: 0-5 years in pharmaceutical/healthcare sales.
Qualification: Graduate (B.Sc./B.Pharm preferred).
Skills: Communication, negotiation, relationship management, and target orientation.
Travel: Two-wheeler with a valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently.
