IT Support / NOC Support Services Engineer- Dubai, UAE

We are looking for an experienced IT Support / NOC Support Services Engineer with 5+ years of experience to provide operational support for enterprise IT infrastructure and Network Operations Center (NOC) environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring systems, troubleshooting infrastructure issues, supporting incident resolution, and ensuring the availability of IT services.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor enterprise infrastructure, servers, networks, and IT services.
• Perform proactive monitoring and respond to system alerts and incidents.
• Investigate and troubleshoot infrastructure, network, and system issues.
• Escalate critical incidents to the appropriate technical teams.
• Support incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Ensure system availability and service continuity.
• Maintain operational documentation and daily health check reports.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and network teams to resolve technical issues.
• Follow operational procedures and service level agreements (SLAs).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT Support, NOC Operations, or Infrastructure Support.
• Experience monitoring enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts.
• Experience troubleshooting infrastructure and system issues.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with enterprise monitoring tools.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Experience working in a 24/7 NOC environment.
• Knowledge of virtualization or cloud platforms.
