Description
. Technical Leadership** - Lead end-to-end solution design for **Agentforce and Salesforce-based platforms** - Define architecture for scalable, secure, and high-performance systems - Own design decisions across **bot frameworks, APIs, and integrations** ### **2. Integration Architecture** - Design and implement integrations between: - Salesforce (Agentforce) - External platforms (e.g., messaging platforms like Infobip) - Enterprise systems (middleware/APIs) - Ensure seamless data exchange and system interoperability ### **3. Delivery Ownership** - Lead development teams (developers, QA, DevOps) - Ensure timely delivery aligned to project milestones (fixed go-live constraints mentioned in the proposal) - Manage technical risks and resolve blockers ### **4. Agentforce Bot Development** - Architect and implement: - Conversational AI solutions (Agentforce / Einstein Bots) - Workflow automation and bot orchestration - Optimize bot performance and user experience ### **5. Stakeholder Collaboration** - Work closely with: - Business stakeholders (Promo Helper, Crisis Helper initiatives) - Product owners and architects - Client teams (including participation in design discussions/interviews where required) ### **6. Governance Best Practices** - Enforce coding standards, CI/CD, and DevOps practices - Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture guidelines - Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members ## **Required Skills Experience** ### **Technical Skills** - Strong experience in: - Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud) - Agentforce / conversational bot frameworks - Integration expertise: - REST/SOAP APIs - Middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft or equivalent) - Event-driven architecture - Experience with: - Messaging platforms / chatbot integrations (Infobip or similar) - CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools ### **Leadership Skills** - Proven experience as a **Tech Lead** - Ability to manage cross-functional teams - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
