Hiring Specialist

About the Role

We are urgently seeking an experienced Hiring Specialist to support the rapid growth of our Oracle and Guidewire Practices. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of hiring niche technology talent and possess strong expertise in Oracle Cloud and/or Guidewire recruitment.

Experience Requirement

Minimum 5 years and Maximum 8 years of Recruitment Experience
Proven experience hiring Oracle Cloud and/or Guidewire professionals

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute hiring strategies aligned with Oracle and Guidewire practice growth.
• Source and recruit Oracle Cloud Consultants, Architects, Developers, Project Managers, and Guidewire professionals.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and professional networks.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and assessment.
• Partner with Delivery, Sales, Practice Leaders, and HR teams to meet hiring demands.
• Drive the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and high offer-to-join conversion ratio.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, market trends, and hiring metrics.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience.
• Strong experience hiring for Oracle Cloud (SaaS/PaaS) roles.
• Exposure to Guidewire hiring is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Oracle functional modules, certifications, and consulting roles.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing channels.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Preferred

• Experience supporting Oracle, ERP, Consulting, Insurance, or Guidewire Practices.
• Established network within Oracle and/or Guidewire talent communities.
• Proven ability to close niche technology positions within agreed timelines.
