TA Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
• Manage multiple hiring mandates while ensuring timely closures.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through various sourcing channels.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and provide regular hiring updates and market insights.
• Mentor and guide the recruitment team to achieve hiring goals and improve recruitment effectiveness.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Track recruitment metrics, prepare hiring reports, and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with HR and business teams to support employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, processes, and hiring standards.
