Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.
• Drive technical architecture and solution design discussions.
• Define coding standards, development best practices, and engineering guidelines.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, security, and performance standards.
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers.
• Participate in technical estimations, sprint planning, and release management.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, Architects, QA, and cross-functional teams.

Full Stack Development

• Develop modern front-end applications using ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Redux, and Context API.
• Design and develop backend services and RESTful APIs using Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security.
• Build and maintain microservices-based applications.
• Design, develop, and optimize PostgreSQL databases, schemas, queries, and stored procedures.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root cause analysis.

Engineering Excellence

• Promote AI-assisted software development using tools such as Cursor, Antigravity, GitHub Copilot, VS Code AI Extensions, or similar platforms.
• Drive automation, code reusability, and engineering productivity.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native development practices.
• Ensure application scalability, maintainability, security, and performance.
