Pega Lead Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Pega applications, process flows, SLAs, and skill-based routing.
• Design application architecture, class structures, data models, indexing strategies, and reporting solutions.
• Develop reusable components by leveraging Ruleset hierarchy and Pega best practices.
• Integrate Pega applications with databases and external systems using SOAP, REST, JMS, and MQ.
• Ensure application security through Access Groups, Roles, and Privileges.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain Guardrail compliance using AES and SMA tools.
• Develop and optimize UI components and reporting features.
• Implement Decision Management capabilities within Pega applications.
• Develop integrations using SOAP/HTTP Connectors, Services, Listeners, Batch Processes, and Agents.
• Participate in deployment activities across multiple environments.
• Support Agile delivery, sprint planning, and collaborate with multiple Scrum teams.
• Independently manage client interactions and provide technical guidance.
• Lead and mentor development teams while ensuring timely project delivery.
• Handle project metrics, issue resolution, and high-pressure delivery situations.
