Assistant Manager / Manager - Demand Planning Analytics & Automation (Fashion Retail)

Location: Gurgaon (WFO)

Industry: Fashion Retail (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

• Demand forecasting using historical sales, seasonality, promotions, and trends.
• Manage AOP, OTB, seasonal planning, range planning, and inventory planning.
• Perform SKU/category-level demand analysis and inventory optimization.
• Build dashboards and automate reports using Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL, and Excel.
• Track planning KPIs like Forecast Accuracy, Sell-through, GMROI, Stock Cover, Inventory Days, Markdown %, Fill Rate, Lost Sales, and OTB.
• Work closely with Buying, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Store Operations teams.

Mandatory Skills

• 4-8 years in Fashion/Apparel Retail Planning.
• Hands-on experience in Demand Forecasting, AOP, OTB, Seasonal Planning, Range Planning, and Inventory Management.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL, and Advanced Excel.
• Experience with automation projects and dashboard development.
• ERP exposure (SAP/Oracle/Microsoft Dynamics) preferred.
