Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Noida. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings and 3D models, and coordinating interior and exterior design elements. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with senior designers, preparing construction documentation, assisting with material selection, and ensuring designs align with building codes and project requirements. The role involves working closely with consultants and contractors, supporting project coordination, and participating in client meetings and presentations. The Architect will contribute to project planning, timelines, and quality control throughout the design and execution phases.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into detailed drawings and plans.

• Experience or familiarity with Integration between architectural design and interior, structural, and MEP services.
\n
• Proficiency in Softwares (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and presentation software (e.g., Adobe Suite, MS Office).
\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent from an accredited institution; professional licensure or pursuit of licensure is preferred.

• Strong design sensibility, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in an on-site studio environment.

• Effective communication skills, time management abilities, and readiness to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
