Job Description
We're looking for 3–5 years of experience in US Real Estate Valuation to join our team. Key Responsibilities Perform US real estate valuations using Cost, Sales Comparison, and Income Capitalization approaches. Analyze financial statements, rent rolls, leases, and market data. Build valuation models and prepare high-quality reports. Conduct market research using CoStar, RCA Analytics, and similar databases. Collaborate with clients, onshore teams, and internal stakeholders. Review analyses, manage multiple engagements, and mentor junior team members. Qualifications Post Graduation degree in Finance, Economics, or related field. 3–5 years of US real estate valuation experience. Hands-on experience with Argus Enterprise , CoStar/RCA Analytics , and MS Excel . Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. Experience working with global teams is preferred.
