Partnerships Leader – Chennai (Shollinghanallur) We’re seeking a seasoned professional (10–12 yrs exp) to drive strategic alliances that fuel distribution, customer acquisition, and long‑term growth. Key Responsibilities %CF; Identify and evaluate potential partners (corporates, fintechs, platforms, communities) %CF; Build and execute partnership strategies aligned with business goals %CF; Negotiate commercial terms and finalize partnership agreements %CF; Drive partner onboarding and ensure smooth integration with internal teams %CF; Track and optimize partner performance (leads, conversions, revenue) %CF; Build co-marketing and co-branded initiatives with partners %CF; Maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders Requirements %CF; 10 - 12 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or alliances %CF; Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills %CF; Experience working with startups, fintech, or insurance is preferred %CF; Ability to structure win-win partnership models %CF; An analytical mindset to track ROI and performance Success Metrics %CF; Number of active partnerships %CF; Revenue contribution from partnerships %CF; Cost per acquisition through partnerships %CF; Partner retention and engagement
