Team One Arteq (TOA) is looking for an experienced Business Development Head to drive strategic growth in the corporate interior fit-out segment.

About the Role

This role will focus on building strong client relationships, expanding the business pipeline, and securing high-value workplace interior projects.

Responsibilities

• Business Growth

• Drive new business opportunities in corporate interior fit-outs
\n
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
\n
• Client Relationships
\n
• Develop relationships with corporate clients, developers, and consultants
\n
• Identify workplace transformation and office interior opportunities
\n
• Market Expansion
\n
• Build strong networks with CRE brokers, workplace consultants, and project management firms
\n
• Track market trends and identify new business opportunities in India and Abroad.
\n
• Strategic Partnerships
\n
• Collaborate with design, project delivery, and leadership teams
\n
• Position TOA for large workplace interior mandates
\n
• Proposal & Conversion
\n
• Lead pitch presentations, proposals, and negotiations
\n
• Convert leads into successful project wins
\n

Qualifications

\n
• Experience: 12 – 20 Years
\n
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering
\n
• MBA preferred
\n
