Essential Skills: Job Requirements*
7+ years of enterprise experience in network administration and data center networking.
Strong expertise in Cisco routers| switches| firewalls| and enterprise network devices.
Hands-on experience with SD WAN (Versa) implementation and operations
.Deep understanding of network performance| availability| scalability| and reliability.
Experience with firewall policy management| VPNs| intrusion prevention| and network hardening.
Proficiency in network monitoring and performance tools such as SolarWinds.
Exposure to cloud and hybrid networking in Azure and AWS environments.
Knowledge of network automation using Ansible| Python| or similar scripting tools.
Strong documentation skills and experience coordinating with OEMs and service providers.
Key Responsibilities*
Provide end to end technical support for Cisco data center and enterprise network devices.Design| configure| monitor| and troubleshoot LAN| WAN| and SD WAN environments.
Ensure high availability| security| and performance of network services.Lead network incidents| root cause analysis| and problem management activities.
Perform capacity planning| performance tuning| and proactive monitoring.
Coordinate with vendors| service providers| and OEMs for escalations and issue resolution.
Maintain accurate network architecture diagrams| inventories| and SOPs.
Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives across network operations.
