Function Head - CyberSec

1. Role Overview & Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end Security (SEC) operations, including Vulnerability Management, SOC, Incident Response, and Risk Governance
• Provide strategic direction and governance across security domains, ensuring alignment with enterprise security frameworks and regulatory requirements
• Drive vulnerability lifecycle management (identification, prioritization, remediation tracking) across infrastructure and applications
• Oversee SOC operations, including threat monitoring, detection use cases, incident triage, and response coordination
• Act as a central point of coordination across Architecture, Network, and CISO teams for security initiatives
• Ensure security posture visibility through reporting, dashboards, and executive updates (risk exposure, remediation progress, threat landscape)
• Lead stakeholder engagement across global teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, risks, and remediation plans
• Support program structuring including roadmap, governance model, and budget alignment

2. Candidate Profile & Key Skills

• 10 years of experience in Enterprise Security / Cybersecurity, with strong exposure to SOC, Vulnerability Management, and Security Governance
• Proven ability to manage security programs at scale, with cross-functional and multi-geo stakeholders
• Strong understanding of threat landscape, risk frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST), and compliance requirements
• Hands-on exposure or oversight experience in SIEM/SOC tools, vulnerability scanners, and incident response processes
• Ability to translate technical security risks into business impact for senior stakeholders
• Strong leadership and coordination skills with experience working with CISO, Architecture, Network, and Infra teams
• Excellent communication, governance, and executive reporting capabilities
