Job Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused and result-oriented Sales Associate to drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting products, maintain store standards, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Promote ongoing offers, loyalty programs, and new product launches.
• Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations accurately.
• Maintain product displays and ensure merchandise is properly stocked.
• Monitor inventory levels and report stock requirements.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and visual merchandising standards in the store.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Support store operations during peak business hours and promotional events.

Qualifications

Experience

• Fresher or 03 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or related field.
